If an order is canceled before shipping or a custom order is placed with the manufacturer you will get a full refund
We will refund your original purchase price within 30 days, 12 days for dog bowls as long as the product is unused and in its original resalable condition with original packaging. Shipping charges for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and United States Postal Service are not refundable. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. Wire that has been removed from the spool and/or placed in the ground and flags that are rusted or have been used are examples of items displaying excessive wear. In addition, if your order was shipped free of charge, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. This will apply to orders where a customer "changed their mind" after the order has shipped.
Include your original invoice with your return and a letter explaining the reason for your return. Ship via UPS or US Mail Return Receipt Requested. To receive credit, the items you return must have been purchased directly from us and be returned in the original packaging if any. If an item was not purchased within the past 30 days, there is no return or refund.
Please measure and choose collars and clothing carefully!
No customized items are returnable under any circumstances.
We will also honor a limited 30 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all the products that we sell, however we cannot accept returns for damaged products that have been used such as collars, pet steps, clothing, etc. when we have no way to determine the cause of the damage. In these cases, we will try to work with our customers on replacing the item if it was determined that damage was not due to misuse by our customers.

The manufacturer of PetSafe products, , provides a Lifetime Warranty on all parts and a one year warranty on labor. Below is the exact warranty information provided by the manufacturer:
PetSafe has a Lifetime Warranty on parts and one year on labor. PetSafe guarantees all parts of this product for life against manufacturing or parts defects. Misuse or incorrect handling is not covered. If your unit cannot be repaired, PetSafe may replace it with new or reconditioned merchandise. PetSafe will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or its failure to work, or any incidental or consequential damages.
There is a nominal labor charge for out of warranty products but all parts are free during the warranty period. If you have had your system for more than one year, call customer service at 1-800-732-2677 to determine the labor charge.
SHERPA PRODUCTS
You may return a defective bag(s) within 30 days of purchase, but not thereafter, provided it is both unused and with its original packaging.
Due to strict health regulations, a bag cannot be returned once a pet has been in it.
Credit for your return will exclude return shipping charges, plus a 30% restocking fee. We will credit your account when we receive the bag and have inspected it.
The return process takes about three to four weeks.
